These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of vrsatravel.com (the "Site") and any products purchased through it, operated by VRSA ("VRSA", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Use of This Website

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Site, or interfere with any other party's use of it. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the Site for any user who violates these Terms.

2. Products, Pricing & Availability

All products are subject to availability. We make reasonable efforts to display accurate pricing, descriptions, and imagery, but we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the Site are error-free. Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and may change at any time without notice, including as part of promotional tiers such as Founder's, Early-Bird, or Retail pricing.

3. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud. Where available, installment payment options (such as Shop Pay Installments) are provided by third-party payment processors and subject to their own terms.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated shipping and delivery times are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, and customs fees assessed by the destination country, which are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Returns, Refunds & Warranty

Eligible items may be returned within 60 days of delivery in accordance with our returns policy. Our lifetime warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product, and excludes normal wear and tear, misuse, and damage caused by third parties, including airlines. 6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, product designs, and the VRSA name and mountain-peak mark, is the property of VRSA or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VRSA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or products purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which VRSA is registered to do business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in that jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
